Great customer service. The workers in the front desk are extremely nice. The mechanics came to me and showed me issues I had with my car in detail.Got an Oil change, new air filter, etc. Plus, they did an inspection on my ENTIRE car FREE. They even gave me a list of a couple of things I would need to replace in the near future. Very knowledgeable staff/workers. Extremely helpful. Best place I’ve EVER taken a car for anything. Easy 5 stars and HIGHLY recommended! A+ 5***** WILL RETURN AGAIN!

I called many auto shops and told that my car is making noises when I press break, and how much would it be to do a diagnose and a lot of places charged around $60-70 just to look and see what’s wrong, but this auto shop, Trustlane, when I called they said they don’t charge to diagnose and they can give me an estimate after they are 100% sure what work I need on my car, so I took my car there, they told me the price and said it would take 3 hours so they gave me a ride home since I didn’t want to wait there! Great customers service!

Honestly, couldn’t be happier. Professional, friendly staff at the front. Mechanic came out and offered recommendations for the future and an approximate timeline. Manager or owner came out and thanked me for coming in. I wish I could do a better job remembering the staff names but every time I’ve been in there I have never had a bad experience or questioned the service. I only went in for an oil change!! Crazy good experience!

Trustlane Automotive had rebuilt my transmission, replaced a pair of brakes, rotors, as well as the radiator all in a couple of days! Their quick work and warranty on all the parts gave me the confidence to drive right off the lot, knowing that my car and I will be just fine. Also, the customer service is fantastic! There was always someone on the line when I called during business hours. And when I picked up my car from the shop, someone had the courtesy to show me the worn-down parts were actually replaced.

I had a wonderful experience here!! I highly recommend if you need auto repair and/or maintenance services! Just saw them driving by one day and noticed the Smog Check sign. I had been having issues with my catalytic converter sensor so I hesitated. They were able to complete the required testing, and even walked me through the process. As they finished up, they recommended a few auto maintenance items I’d been putting off. I was very impressed with how friendly and respectful the staff is and how they didn’t try to up sell me on things I didn’t need!!! Highly recommend and I’ll be back!!!

Fast and efficient service. The team member was courteous and polite answering the phone. No appointment was necessary. Upon arrival within the shop, I was promptly greeting and helped. Finishing the three cars ahead of me was fast and they started work on my car after a 20 minute wait. Total service time was 10 minutes and I was on the road in 30 minute. Definitely recommend them and appreciate their professional service. If you are in need of a smog check and you are in the area, then this is the service provider for you!

My mom had recommended this auto shop to me after she had had her car maintenance here. Love the staff and their attentiveness. They were nice enough to call and left for me to and from the shop and would frequently call saying what work was being done and what needed replacement along with quoting me a price so I wasn’t TOO shocked. Loved that when I picked up my car they SHOWED me the parts that were replaced that way I had proof that it really did need changing. I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful staff! 😊

This by far has been the best experience servicing my car in all my years of driving. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I haven’t had a bad experience to speak of. Juan the owner makes it a point to greet customers and explain in detail what’s going on with your car. I know it’s hard to find a good mechanic but trust me you’ll feel confident bringing your car to Trustlane Auto.
